Project Overview

Trinity City, at 88 North Terrace, Adelaide, will be the first commercial building within the $3.8 billion Bio-Medical City precinct, with the announcement of the construction of a $250 million, twenty-five story building purpose designed for the health and medical industry sector.

Trinity City will be located adjacent to the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH), the new Women’s and Children Hospital, education institutions SAHMRI 1 and 2, and the new $700 million sports and entertainment arena. 


Trinity City will also have direct access to the Adelaide riverbank precinct as well as being located 50m from the train station, with a tram stop at the front of the building. 



The landmark, 40,000 square metres, will have 160 car parks, a commercial childcare centre and many other state of the art facilities.


Trinity City, will be LEED Platinum Certified and WELL® Platinum Certified and allow for specialist medical and research requirements, along with premium grade office accommodation. 


The existing heritage buildings will be upgraded and the non-heritage buildings on the property will make way for a new landscaped plaza and signature North Terrace entrance to the new tower.


Construction is expected to commence in 2022 with completion in 2024.
